Here's what folks usually ask us - might save you some time!

We get it - plans change. You can cancel up to 48 hours before check-in without any penalties. After that, we'll need to charge for one night. Peak season (December-March) has slightly different rules, so best to check with us directly if you're booking those months.

Honestly? Yeah, you should. Our Nordic spa and thermal baths get pretty packed, especially on weekends and holidays. We recommend booking at least a week ahead, though if you're flexible we can usually squeeze you in somewhere. The thermal baths have capacity limits too, so advance reservations really help.

Yep, we've got complimentary valet parking for all guests. We also have heated underground parking if you prefer self-parking. EV charging stations are available too - just let us know if you need one and we'll set you up.

Our adventure concierge can hook you up with premium ski and snowboard rentals from our partner shop - they'll deliver right to your room. We also have gear storage lockers and a drying room for your stuff. If you're bringing your own gear, no worries, we've got secure storage for that too.

Absolutely on both counts! We love having families here - kids under 12 stay free in their parents' room. The spa has age restrictions (16+ for thermal areas), but we can recommend great activities for younger ones. As for pets, we're dog-friendly in select suites with a small cleaning fee. Just give us a heads up when booking so we can get you sorted.

It's about a 2.5 hour drive up the Sea-to-Sky Highway - seriously gorgeous route. We can arrange private transfers if you don't want to drive, or there are shuttle services that run daily from the airport. Winter driving can be tricky, so if you're not used to mountain roads in snow, the transfer service is worth it.

Oh man, you're gonna love it. We've got over 200 whiskeys from around the world, plus some killer Canadian craft spirits. Our bartender Jake really knows his stuff - tell him what you usually like and he'll find you something special. Open nightly from 4pm till late, and we do whiskey tastings on Thursdays if you want to really geek out.

That's literally what our adventure concierge team lives for! They can book everything from heli-skiing and backcountry tours to zip-lining and snowmobiling. Summer's just as good - mountain biking, hiking, golf, you name it. Hit them up before you arrive or stop by the desk when you get here. They've got the inside track on everything happening in Whistler.
